Landaa Giraavaru is sited in the BAA Atoll North of the Main Capital, Male. The distance between Male, in North Male Atoll to the project site is 121km which takes 3 hrs. Traveling with speed launch or 9 hrs. with the local boats, or dhonis. Studies and understanding that logistic is the one of the main feature for the execution of the project, the company set up and maintain a close communication network both in Singapore and Maldives, not excluding the close co-operation with its associated forwarders and suppliers.

With the engineering details established, the company set up the site in two weeks. A site survey and co-ordination was planned and executed.

ELV and MV services lines are segregated, duct work are insulated with standard insulation materials as according to British Standard of practice.
